I used to think that I only needed a chin and a jaw implant. But this is bs, what I need is a simple ccw rotation, my jaw is tilted. I made some morphs simulating the few patients i found similar to my case and the result was better than just mentoplasty.
It'll make the nasolabial angle more closed, the mandibule cavill tier, and the nose tip more upturned(mine is downturned, so its a win for everything)
I also used to think to reduce my nose, in fact i need to make it bigger on the upper part and shave it a little on the middle. the forehead needs to be bringed a little bit forward(it seems they do it with fat is common in rhinoplasty), but maybe I put and implant to makeall that area more pronounced
