Do a lot of cardio, do KETO so no carbs. Eat maintainance or 500kcal below that if you want but you will lose strength if you do this btw.

And finally go get a white Becky to suck your pajeet dick

Easy nigga, just ice baths every night, eat a lot less, cut down on sodium, drink ridiculous amounts of water. Sorted, you could even lose 10kg in 6 weeks doing this

I could cut that in pure fat weight in 6 weeks :lul: just eat at calorie deficit and when your reach about 2 weeks in, then start doing cardio and cut waterweight

Eat in a calorie deficit, around 400 kcal max under your maintenance level. After that look on YouTube MMA weight cutting guide, only do this a week or so before and have someone watching you while you do it. But I think you'll lose the weight with just kalorie deficit anyways but doesn't hurt being prepared

Bruh u could lose 2kg of water weight in 2days if you lower daily carb intake to about 20-40g and do a lot of cardio/sweating

It’s legit, Google any articles with Lyle Mcdonad and PSMF. Also download a pdf of his book The Rapid Fat loss handbook. it’s basically a 2 week diet that you can extend as much as you want but following the guidelines of the book. It’s basically really high protein for satiety purposes( you feel fuller with more protein) , to mantain as much muscle mass as possible , and it’s been shown by research that even in a very low caloric deficit you shouldn’t lose that much muscle mass provided you’re still training hard and getting enough protein .Also it’s really low calories, like less than or around 1200

2kg in 6 weeks might not seem like a lot. But it really depends on your height, current weight and body fat %. I cut 11.8 kg in <6 months (76.3 -> 64.5 kg). But if I were to cut 2 kgs now from 64.5-62.5 kg @ 15.7% body fat in 6 weeks, it would probably be impossible at this point. I've already cut my caloric intake by so much already and I run 3-4x a week and lift 3-4x a week.

I'm 58kg and like 19 or 17% bf

Jeez 56kg (123.5 lbs) is light af. It's going to be very hard to get into enough of a calorie deficit to pull that off.

6 weeks ago, on June 23rd early am, I weighed in @ 145.8 lbs @ 21.9% body fat, 38.1% muscle mass, 53.6% water weight, 6.0 lbs bone mass
Last night, August 4 early am, I weighed in @ 142.2 lbs @ 15.2% body fat, 42.1% muscle mass, 60.0% water weight, 6.2 lbs bone mass
Net changes: -3.6 lbs body weight, -10.3 lbs body fat, +4.3 lbs muscle mass, +7.2 lbs water weight, +0.2 lbs bone mass

I lost only 3.6 lbs (1.6 kg) in 6 weeks. And that was only 2.5% of my body weight lost in 6 weeks.
You have to lose 3.4% of your body weight in 6 weeks. And your base line BMR is going to be lower than mine because you are 58 kg and I was 66.1 kg 6 weeks ago. Though my bf% was higher 6 weeks ago than your bf% is now. Muscle mass does burn calories faster than body fat.

It could just be that me lifting weights regularly is making the cut hard for me. The more muscle you put on, the more your body is going to retain water. My priority isn't to lose body weight, it's to lose body fat. However gaining muscle mass is important for getting your baseline BMR up.

If your competition allows you to weigh-in 24 hours before the match, you can go to the sauna to sweat out some of your water weight in order to make 56kg. But you should consult a physician before you attempt this as dehydration can be dangerous for you long term.

2.4 grams of protein * 58 kg = 139.2 g of protein
139.2g of protein * 16.7 KJ = 2324.64 KJ of protein
2324.65 KJ / 4.184 KJ/calorie = 555.6022945 calories from protein
555.6022945 calories from protein / 1,100 daily calories = 50.5% calories from protein

50.5% calories from protein is insane. Is OP literally supposed to eat nothing but whey protein powder (and get the pure/mostly pure shit, not the stuff adulterated with sugar) and skinless chicken breast? It's not unusual for fatty cuts of meat to have only like 20-25% calories from protein and 70+% calories from fat. And for cheese to be like 20-30% calories from protein. Depending on how much milk fat is in it. You'd have to stick to lean cuts of meat like skinless chicken breast, tuna, lean beef with 16+% meat protein (Montreal smoke meat at my local supermarket is about 60% calories from protein).

Sodium has nothing to do with this. One day of no sodium is enough to cut water weight

That diet is gonna be expensive as fuck. Skinless chicken breast (even if its bone-in) is expensive. And whey protein powder is very expensive. 2 lb tub (908g) of Diesel New Zealand Vanilla Protein powder is 80% calories from protein. It's normally $36.87 CAD per 2 lb tub. But you can get it on sale for $32.87 CAD now.

Each 35g serving (scoop) is 120 calories. So you'd consume 9 scoops a day. Adding only water. No milk. Because we cuttin'.
That's 315g of protein powder a day. You'd be buying a new tub every 3 days at the supermarket. That's $11.40 CAD (sale price!) worth of protein powder a day. And they probably charge tax (13%) here for protein powder. It's been awhile since I've bought some.

It blows my mind how consuming nothing but 9 protein shakes a day (and making the shakes yourself with the whey powder instead of buying pre-made shakes) can cost so much money.

180 grams of whey per day costs like $3.6 per day for me.

And yes, OP should go high protein diet to cut fast while preserving muscle mass. 1100 calories a day, 2.4 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
