My memory problems stem from my insomnia. Not only am I unable to sleep 6 hours in a row, I’ve often stayed up for 30+ hours, way more than I can count. Sometimes even 48 hours. The lack of sleep throughout the years has affected my brain. I read that sleep deprivation leads to brain shrinkage or at least affects your cognitive abilities badly.

I was in the tram earlier today with my friend and I noticed she had gotten in and was seated with a female friend of hers. I decided I would walk up to her and say hi. I did that and she was really surprised to see me. She said "Weren't you sick for a long time?" I responded I was in the beginning but added that I dropped out. She starts laughing and said "I genuinely thought you were dead." I started caging immediately. I spoke to her a little bit more and then I said goodbye and left. Afterwards I could hear her friend and her giggle really hard, I dunno what that was about, but I assume it wasn't about me.
