I didn’t take any advice and just completely wasted my time spinning the wheels while deluding myself that I’m improving as a person. And just coping instead of taking the raw blackpill and making changes to improve. Now I have to start all over again.

Idk I just make life decisions on the lowkey to avoid criticism when I should be making rational smart decisions
