bf is the ratio of lean mass to fat. Being underweight compared to ur height doesnt mean anything
Do enough research to be able to assess, but its actually quite simple. Is ur skin thin? If not, u dont have a low BF.

They can change a lot. Just look for pics
Never try to rate ur face while being fat
Its easy to lose ur bf, and u will almost always be more gl Lean
But me for example. And it could be ur recessed jaw, or u have a low ear
I say this cuz I thought the same things, until someone more experienced rate me
