Most of my workouts are done either in a beach or a public park wearing only a swim trunk to vitamin D max and after each workout I eat like 50 g of protein

And holy shit at my results , my shoulders and chest and arms and legs got so fucking strong and big . From my experience this method mogs the shit out of the virgin indoors closeted gay gyms
