I want to stop focusing on women but I find it hard

Before that I wasnt that hard
I want to focus on devoloping a high income skill and level up in everything and getting in better shape sixpack etc
but for example I walk around and a girl turns around or locks eyes with me I can’t resist sometimes
Or I smile uncontrollably when I really like her and when she smiles back I’m like on heaven 7
