I've had it since I was 10-11 years old ( I was very fat)

so I lost weight, today I'm 15%

the surgeon said that my gynecomastia is very small, and that maybe it's not worth taking it off, because maybe it won't make a big aesthetic difference

my wish was to kill the surgeon right there and bury the body in barret's hell

I want to get it out of me anyway, am I wrong?

Thats pretty bad, why tf did he deny? There are pills you can take to flush it, but surgery is lower risk tbh

as I have it for 10 years, remedies would not work. I also didn't understand why he doesn't want to operate on me, he's just a bastard
