After careful experiments, I have empirically proven that my face goes bright red from OBSERVATION - me merely LOOKING at it is enough for it to go full on red. This, combined with roughness that not even accutane can clear (month 8 60 mg), brings me down from what could have been 2 PSL to 0.5 PSL. I am considering moving my entire setup and belongings into a bathroom with no windows and then turning it into my room with lights switched off 24/7 to fully isolate myself from any light, as a single photon from the sun is enough for the face to go bright red again. I will never have clear smooth skin. Normal people eat shit food, dont sleep, and fuck hot girls and have perfect skin while I suffer. Acne is rare. I am ILL, i am SICK. I haven't had clear skin since the age of 12, and I never will. I will never have clear skin. I will never have clear skin. Eventually, it may go away. By then, collagen will deplete, and then it's already game over.

I have. I was unfortunate enough to believe that they actually know shit and wasted solid 2 years listening to bullshit advice from literal retards. They are all in for the money and are backed up by the skin care companies so they shill their products. I also fell for the "skin treatments"(peelings etc.) ( NEVER EVER FALL FOR THIS !!! ) They all just want your money.

Unfortunate. Don't give up hope though.
I've got a couple spots on my nose that has been bugging me from I was a lil kid. But now I appreciate them as part of my character, and have even received couple compliments for them.
U will be fine, it probably isn't as bad as you say it is.
