If you integrate pain as function of time P(t)dt=dpain over time it will be the same i imagine no matter if its 60 or 90. so i would feel that misery and pain harder but over shorter time,but idk i could be wrong, i hope so. also i lived an unhealthy lifestyle for the most of my life and my body almost gave up. you're a teen you wouldn't get it. not now.
