Ideal full body workout

I don't have time to go to gym 4x or 5x so i want a good full body workout,2-3 times per week.Current one is
Warm up and push ups
Dips
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Deadlift
Sitting Back Rows
Triceps Dips
Biceps Curls or Pull Ups
Abs
Will add Squats too when my back pain is gone.Thoughts ?

lol, just do icf 5x5

and remove the squats, instead do leg curls/extentions at the end of your workout

add in dumbbell laterals too, since they add width to your shoulders

im tired from other stuff if i go to gym too my body will decay jfl
 
"other stuff" is more important than your body and health, good shit, sit home and rot

Benchpress, pullups, deadlifts, squats.

what is ur split? i remember u said u were doing full body

Pullups with plates 3x6-8
Deadlifts 3x5 at 160-180kg
Benchpress 3x5 90-95kg
Squats 3x5 180kg

3 times a week with one day of rest in between.

Weight varies depending on how I feel.
