I woudl say between 6'2 and 6'4 anything beyond that is too tall/ diminishing returns. If youre not wide then being taller can be worse. I saw a guy walking in walmart the other day who looked really tall and skinny and when he walked past me he was just an inch or two taller than me. Im 6'3.
