You should stop worying about your looks past the basics.

Most women have roughly the same bar when it comes to looks, be it a LTB or MTB. If women generally agree you are ok/decent looking, and she isn't saying it out of pity, it means you don't have to obsess over your looks. Even If she wouldn't fuck you, atleast she wouldn't be disgusted by the prospect.

This is a rant for myself because I have severe body dysmorphia.

Will some women say I'm average? Or even not that good looking to them? Sure. I even got called ugly couple times. But the fact that some women are able to be turned on by me is enough, and I should seriously stop visiting this place and forget about the blackpill and aesthetics.

I mean seriously, what normal person looks at themselves 150 times in the mirror a day.
