If one of your jaws is already far infront of your browridge, looking for huge bimax movement is cope

I have an underbite so my mandible is quite a bit ahead of my browridge
Because of this, I am just getting a lefort of about 5mm and leaving the mandible as it is
People may say this will barely make a difference but lets say the alternative is an 8mm lefort and 3mm BSSO
Those 3mm of advancement of the mandible will bring it too far ahead of my browridge and the rest of my cranium and make it look outside of the ideal range that models have. Most models are NOT dogmaxxed

Is it worth getting a BSSO of 1-2mm just to bring the maxilla forward another 1-2mm beyond fixing maxilla failo? I'm not sure due to diminishing returns that happens once you pass the normal range of forward jaw growth
