Ukraine is a lot more influenced by degenerated western liberal culture than Russia is. Ukraine is literally a puppet state created by the west to serve as a buffer between Russia and the rest of Europe. This whole Ukrainian nationalism (that didn't exist 30 years ago for 99% of the population) was intentionally crafted by western funded propaganda machines in order to separate Russians. Ukraine has always been part of Russia historically, they're the same people.
