I had a shitty diet where I was in a caloric deficit basically. I ate no fruits and barely any vegetables and I still grew to 6'2 barefoot. The only downside is that my wrists are 6.4 inches and my father's are 7 inches, but it doesn't bother me because I framemogg my father.
