If you have a long flat philtrum, try botox

Crazy results from botox and it's a good ascension if you have a long and flat philtrum. you can probably expect a 2-3 mm decrease in philtrum length. I DIYed this shit 2 days ago and woke up this morning feeling the tightness from the botulinum toxin i used, decided to measure my philtrum and it is already 1 mm shorter (19 mm --> 18 mm) even though the shit hasn't fully kicked in yet (takes 7 days to see the full result). you guys might not think 1 mm is a lot, but that's over 5% less it's like your IPD changing from 64 to 61 pretty major difference, and my philtrum is only 3 mm away from being ideal length for my face, so already got a third of my goal.

here are the points i injected (blue points)

i injected a bit closer to the cupids bow in hopes of getting more curvature and a less weird appearance

i used innotox, so the vial should be good for the next 2-3 years according to what they say online (it already came reconstituted), so i can keep repeating it as much as i want as long as i keep it in a fridge or just insert some threads like orc did once per year (https://looksmax.org/threads/pdo-th...try-and-increase-perceived-mouth-width.974586) if i decide that i really like the result

though i will say the one downside is that your smile gets fucked if you don't have any gum show (already needed more incisor show so now i can't smile with my teeth cuz i went from 80% incisor show to 50% lmao) but who tf on here is smiling and happy anyway

doesn't effect speaking, but affects smile. good if you have gummy smile bad if you have less than 90-100% incisor show (like me)

because the muscle is relaxed so when you smile your upper lip doesn't go up with the corners of your mouth as much

you aren't actually shortening the philtrum meat, but it becomes shorter measurement-wise bc it curves more and projects a bit outward

It's very superficial and a small amount so I would go thin and short with the needle
