I’ve already had 2 procedures and want another one, a rhinoplasty. I had my teeth fixed before college, it was a damn good thing I did. I don’t know how much the textbook deformity on my nose failos me, but I now can’t catch my own reflection or shadow without noticing it, so I have to do something about it, I’m desperate.

Failos make you high inhib and that will impede you with even the girls who like you, not to mention any that might have liked you without the failo.

Cool bro, I had times in my life when I was legit hot too, crazy shit happened. But that’s not here and now, now I know that I have this problem and I need to do something about it. If my lifestyle improves and I’m ever around girls again, I wanna be fully looksmaxed, which for me means surgery.
