If you're cutting or bulking you probably have a decent idea of your daily weight and calorie intake. You can input it into the spreadsheet for a more accurate guide over time.
For the "Starting Weight" portion of the spreadsheet, you'll want to use your Week 1 Average Weight, and not the first weight-in value. From there, your weight loss or gain will be judged on a week to week basis.
