I took forever to work up the motivation to start gymcelling.

Then after all that wasted time, I finally gave in and hit the gym as hard as I could.

The next couple days my body was more sore than it has ever been, but a side effect of hitting my body with that much stress for the first time was that my shoulders / arms became somewhat swollen. This gave me a preview of what I could look like in just a few months (a bit like a post gym session pump but 10x better).

I won't stop until I hit that swollen size again.

Just go once, and hit the bench press hard.
