All the jobs I got, I realized I never got placed with retards from like Roehampton or Leeds Beckett uni.

That being said there are a lot of autists who attend top unis (like me). And if you can't build interpersonal relationships and communicate once you're in the job you won't progress.

But you still need to keep working towards climbing the corporate ladder
Although if you are at a shit uni it's pretty much over
All you can do is masters degree at a top uni

If you're in a shit uni, get a 1st and go to a top uni (Durham, LSE, UCL, Kings, Warwick) and you're fine..
