I spend like 20$ a week on monsters and bangs because I like the dopamine I get from the caffeine, makes my anxiety and depression go away for a few minutes.

Jfl and I can't drink coffee which is cheaper because I'm alergic to it. All this money spent could be used to visit Taban or Eppley tbh how do I quit? Is there a mental tactic I can use?
