20 minutes a day makes a world of change.

It's not good to always distract yourself from your authentic self. There's a lot under the surface. Ignoring it isn't gonna take it away.

Right, we fall victims to the dopamine trap. Serotonin is better because it's not addictive in the same way. Peace, contentment, harmony etc. That's the sustainable stuff.

yeah i have been repressing a lot of trauma with endless stimulation and dopamine abuse

Consider trying magic mushrooms first. They give you a sense of awe and a new outlook on things. It's pretty much autumn so they should start growing anytime soon.
