As I just stated I spent the last 2 years of my life bulking at around 20% and doing progressive overload.@softlysoftly is right. u need to do a clean bulk with 200-400 surplus and progressively overload on compound movements. Do it for a solid year or so before cutting again. You’ll have higher smv and look better with more muscle mass. Putting on mass as a natty is painfully slow so consider it an investment and start now
