if u think something is gonna happen and it doesn't ur gonna be disappointed

I used to be a hypochondriac even my doctor said so used to be hyper cautious of everything even when one blood marker would come borderline or slightly out of range would fuck with my head, once I thought my thyroid was low because one blood test came back with upper high end TSH few months in was convinced my thyroid was crashing got blood work done to retest everything was well within range.

Just stop thinking unironically I remind myself that no matter the side effect balding is worse
