i’m finally gonna get lean

i’ve been on the fence about this because i don’t want to stunt any potential development because of a calorie deficit as i’m still in puberty but i genuinely can’t stand being 20% bf anymore
i have never been lean since i was like 10-11 i finally want to see what that must feel like to look in the mirror and see your face lean and and abs veins striations etc
i am always going to be short anyway there is no point in wasting away my teenage years being fat when i will be a manlet regardless

Given how fat you are, just focus on not eating goysloy and you won’t even need to count your calories

The fat will just melt away due to healthy eating

yeah tbh bro i eat goyslop and eat junk take away and shit as my main meal of the day about 5-6x a week jfl
i’m gonna just actively eat better and not track calories
