yeah i built decent muscle mass
but i was often sleeping on shoulders, especially back delts
now i will only train them

if you’re gonna come to the gym you may as well get a complete physique. Could pull it off in 4-5 days a week.

but been skipping gym lately because it is so monotonous
so im gonna only train dips/pull ups and shoulders rn

i was doing push pull for a year

Mirin I do the same I decrease my volume on every other muscle group and just spam shoulders

Same I only train shoulders and lats. With both your triceps and biceps also work which is a bonus.

My favourite workouts are shoulder dumbbell presses and lat pulldowns.

Quads are objectively important

Especially if ur tall, unless you have long ass torso and short legs
