Just give up man be realistic what can you hope to achieve as a seemingly average man that goes beyond getting a slightly better paying job (presumably with more hours) and a ltb wife that probably got ran through by 10 different guys

All I can think to do right now is to get properly lean but I keep getting demoralized and giving up on that goal
