And to top it all off insane OCD and mental issues

All of this at only 15 years old btw
Very normal at 15. You'll grow out of it.

No, you'll grow out of everything being wrong with you.
I know adults say that to teens but I literally have all of my body being fucked up in one way or another as I said. Ignoring it doesn't mean it's not there (maybe my shit mental health makes it a bit worse but still)

Your mental health will get better and your body will straighten itself out a bit. Lots of whole Milk and peanut butter to supplement food is good. Avoid protein or whey crap.

Put four tablespoons of this in your milk throughout the day. Your face and everything else will fill out better over time. You're playing the long game and still have a lot to grow at only 15. The spurts of development that kicked off at puberty will slow down, but they won't completely stop until you're about 19. Peanuts facilitate testosterone and calcium promotes bone growth.

Whatever the case your full potential isn't nearly as wretched as you believe it to be now.

Thank you, why do you recommend peanut butter for T though? I try to get a lot of protein from meat then calcium from milk and gonna supplement K2 + D3 for development, but I still had to try to fix all the assymetries I got

I do hope the mental health part is true though cause I've had some of those problems since I was a kid
