It's not complicated. There are different countries where it's legal to have a baby through IVF as a single man like Georgia, then you just send the clinic a touchy email saying it's been your life-long dream to start a family. Do some research.

Some places though won't show pics of the female egg donors though, some will. You get other info like race, height, eye color, hair color etc.

Just to be clear, the surrogate mom isn't genetically related to the baby. The eggs come from a donor that you choose, and you never meet the donor but meet the surrogate. A woman has millions of eggs in her body and this IVF process only takes about 10-20 from her body.
