I texted her few hours before we were going to hang out & said "u still down to chill at 10" she never read my text untill an hour after 10pm and she didn't respond lol. Never contacting her again. If she does text me ill respond 3 days later. (unless she really apologizes that she couldn't) but other than that its 3 day minimum wait for a text from me.
