It's a paradox, because changing this requires the motivation. But since you don't got it, you can't. Someone whos already motivated doesnt need the change. Motivation is something that just randomly pops up, you cant make yourself motivated.

We have incels abstaining from fapping for multiple months and still waiting for the first benefits to occur, because they don’t realize that the problem is in their head, not in their testosterone levels who raise up to 15-20% from NoFap which is almost nothing.
