I'm starting carnivore diet tomorrow, any advice?

I have been eating like a subhuman for all my life, fast food, high carb, high sodium, high sugar

and my mental health has been shit for all my life, i got 24/7 apathy / i have lost my ability to cry, + severe depression, ocd & add

thousands of years ago there was not many people that experienced depression and brain chemistry imbalance - why?, because of proper diet & daily exercise, nowadays 99% of people are eating like subhumans with lack of exercise and they wonder why they are depressed, instead they get prescribed anti depressants while sticking to their same shitty subhuman way of living
like in my case, only difference is that i know what to do..

so i have decided to go back into the ancient days of eating

Tomorrow my looksmax journey will begin, i will go on strict carnivore diet, basically only eating foods from the animal kingdom / meat+fish+eggs+milk+cheese + not salting food to keep sodium intake lower
and also daily push/pull/legs/core full-body calisthenics routine + running for atleast 30 mins everyday

it will require extreme dedication in the beginning, but once i get used to it, it will be like every other day

Is there any carnivore diet maxxers on here? What did you experience once you got used to the diet?
Does your face really get leaner?, does your mental health improve etc.

Sounds good man, good luck. You might not super lean if you are drinking milk but I recommend you drink it for minerals and to avoid cheating early on. Make sure to get enough calories and you will be set.

Funny anecdote when I was on carnivore diet during summer for like just few weeks it was best period of time when it comes to women, normally I was incel whole life but I somehow managed to slay few girls via tinder, typical ons shit, also my anxiety and schizophrenia was probably the highest then, another thing I noticed was better hair skin and even some stubble going on (I was before and later always no facial hair guy) idk if all these things were triggered by starting carnivore diet tho, I’m now on regular diet and feel somehow different than then

What is kinda certain is that u will have really bad breath within days and u will shit once a few days literally, I took 2 poops a week when On carnivore diet

Don’t switch to it and cut calories at same time, eat same amount at first so it’s not a shock to body
Have your carbs eight before workout, like a spoon of honey or something

biologically humans are carnivores, humans literally evolved by eating only meat. You are literally what you eat, all of this processed shit we are eating nowadays, full of carbs, vegetable oils, starches and all kind of crap shit make you subhuman eventually over time, no wonder why everyone looks subhuman and low t nowadays

with a diet that you are genetically supposed to follow, there is no surprise that you slayed more girls, and that you got better hair & skin, testosterone levels

i know that carnivore can make your testosterone lower on paper - but it's all bullshit, because your receptors are more sensitive so do you don't need as much testo in your body

It's doesn't require extreme dedication, it will feel natural and it doesn't require much willpower since the foods taste great and are highly satiating.

good mix between raw and cooked is key imo, organ meats are your best friend: liver, brain, bone marrow, etc. you gotta do enough fat so get some raw butter with your meat intake.

oh also something i experienced, if you have a weak gut only eating meat might fuck the acidity in your body. so at some moments you will not wanna want to eat meat at all. in those you should drink selfmade veggie juices (drink 1 hour after/before eating) and u ll get crazy cravings for meat again.

yeah good thing is that i find carbs disguisting overall

i remember when i was a kid i loved meat, and i always wondered why i had to add carbs together with the meat because i always just wanted to eat it as it is, so i just got used to adding any form of carb with it /pasta/rice/potato/bread

prob because the natural way of eating for a human is 95% meat intake

That hasn't been "shown" in the slightest. There are no long term (((studies))) on carnivores. There are however very many indigenous socieities that thrived on such a diet, or very close. Test levels have dropped precipitously low in conjuction with the rise of cash crops and the modern carb-based diet, which makes such inferences as zerocarb causing low test sound a bit daft.

Did your face get leaner on carnivore? And did your energy levels improve/brain fog get better?

I can see why many people ditch this diet, simply because they are too comfortable with their living. Before you see the benefits you need to go through the transition phase, and i think thats where alot of people fail due to lack of mentality & mental strength

Yeah I’m just referring to the more plates video on it crushing test and plaque stuff but I don’t think it’s that bad per se

Carnivore is the best diet for looking good no doubt - everytime I goto an event or night out I will make sure to eat carnivore and I feel like a celebrity as gl girls would approach me every night… Then the opposite when I’m eating carbs and sodium I would be lucky to score a landwhale.

The problem is it’s hard to balance this with working out, as low sodium combined with low carbs you get zero pump and won’t be able to lift as heavy due to 0 energy.

Therefore I look like a subhuman when I’m just working out and normal day to day life but then when I’m going out 3 days before I will make sure to eat carnivore.

If you commit to it fully then I respect that but you will need to drop the weight in the gym for a few weeks for your body to adjust to burning fat rather than carbs.

God made all animals able to consume raw meat. Everyone except humans do. Jfl at thinking something man had to discover that no other animal has a clue about is better than what God had intended for us to eat.

do you mind sharing pictures of your face on western diet vs pure carnivore? /low sodium/low carb

also i'm pretty sure you will get more energy the longer you are on carnivore as the transition phase takes weeks to months until your fully adapted to it

It makes huge difference - I can tell by how my zygos and neck/jaw feels differently on both diets. Also the iOi’s when randomly walking around the city will increase 100x compared to if I’m eating shit then I will be invisible.

I get many girls when on nightsout but lately I’ve been testing adding creatine and 150g carbs and it failed miserably - going back old school and gonna stick with carnivore.

I don’t have pics as I don’t take any and cba with social media but you should test by feeling your zygos then after few days on carnivore feel again and they should feel like they’re popping out a lot more.

Got to watch sodium aswell though as that plays big role in water retention in face too.

yeah when i eat a sodium heavy meal i turn subhuman, and people ask me why my face looks so puffy, i guess some people are just more sensitive and get more inflammation from certain foods
