People that live near that place get free resources from the state like water, food and energy

Chile has a great biome diversity, it's a really beautiful country, lots of places to travel and explore, definitely one of the top 5 countries that you need to travel to at least once in your life

Would be very fun but imagine a criminal there. Assuming you don't own any firearm and stuff, you don't have any neighbor at least not someone near where you can scream and they can hear you. No nearby cops to take refuge. But other than that, that place truly looks wonderful.
