Forward grown forehead and brow ridge is underrates on this site. Maybe ill do such an implant after my jaw surgery.

Cant silicone implants make a dent in your browridge? I know that there was a case discussed here where a silicone implant on the forehead done by an implant caused a dent.

no one cares about brow ridge. The reason this sound promising is because it looks in the picture that it changes the whole shape of the rim

Looks good although silicone is not best material for this application.

Yeah I know silicone is kinda bad material but with PEEK implants you need coronal incision for supraorbital rim since its very hard material.
 
How much he quote you for?

No there is no need for silicone covering entire forehead, I just wanted to show dramatic change in supraorbital rim shape.
