I cringe physically every time I look at a picture of myself that's more than a few months old, let alone years, stop ghost-bumping old threads.

same shit, don't over-complicate training.

I switched to doing squats temporally and lowered the volume to 5-6 sets, wasn't able to recover from doing 10 sets of deadlifts anymore when they got too heavy.

I will go back to deadlifting only eventually when my upper legs have improved.

Bent over single arm dB rows. Use about 50% bodyweight and try to hit 8-10 reps 3 sets

agreed. i was confused why u only chose to do 1 exercise a day tho
autism, and also I don't respond well to higher frequency.

but if you train with less volume more frequently you'll only get muscle adaptation, and primarily fast twitch on top of that, what I want is bone, fast twitch and slow twitch adaptation.

Day 1: Lat Pulldown 5x8-12
Day 2: Bench Press 5x8-12
Day 3: Shoulder press 5x8-12
Day 4: Deadlift 5x8
