L-Arginine
L-arginine is needed for proper blood flow throughout the body and is most abundant in meats but also in other foods. It works by stimulating blood vessel dilation so your blood moves more freely throughout the body and also has more benefits. You can supplement this if you aren’t getting enough through meat or can experiment.

Green Tea
Green tea has a variety of benefits but there are studies that show it has a decent impact on fat loss along with blood flow. Everyone knows the leaner you are the more vascular you tend to be. It’s also worth drinking simply for all the health benefits it offers you some of these include: anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, reduces risk of cardiovascular issues, reduces risk of cancer.
You can either drink just straight tea bags like I do or but green tea extract, look for organic if you go the bag route and drink two cups a day.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is needed for overall health already but it contributes to nitric oxide synthesis which in turn leads to better blood flow. I’ve seen people on other forums say it helps them develop hollow cheeks and with water retention but I haven’t look into it so I’m unsure if there are scientific studies backing that up. The best way to get vitamin c is through certain vegetables, fruit or animal organs but you can also supplement if you wish.
Cut Fat
This will probably contributed the most to your overall health in general but also to your veins showing. I’ve veins in my arms are almost always showing even when I’m a bit higher bf, around 16-18. Veins in other areas such as your groin, shoulders and chest I find you need to be lower to see. This is the most important part so lose fat and get to around 10-12 bf unless you’re currently bulking it can wait. No need to be a twink with no muscle and veins sticking out looking like a fucking holocaust victim.
