Theory:
- You live in your country of birth
- You have citizenship in your country of birth
- Marry a girl in this country and have 5 children with her
- Find a country you like. A good one I suggest is Taiwan
- Impregnate a girl from that country and plan to marry her
- Divorce your wife
- Immigrate to the other country
- Try to evade child support as much as possible. Bonus points if you become a citizen and can somehow escape mutual international treaties on child support. Google the hague convention on child support. I'm not totally familiar with the laws but it may be possible in some countries. This might not work though, I think it has more to do with the reverse scenario (impregnating a foreign woman).
- Get citizenship in the foreign country. Renounce your original citizenship ASAP!
- Have more kids with your new wife if you want
- Once you are 100% completely a citizen and have access to healthcare (typically after 7 years) - divorce her
- Find another woman in your new country and marry her and have more kids
