East Asians and Europeans do not have around the same IQ. That 6 to 5 point difference is the difference between Mexico and Germany. We are dogs compared to East Asians.

Obviously environment, people in Africa live around the most ideal place for human survival with enough food around.
There was never much need for them to become more intelligent overtime as it wasn't needed for their survival. Also they do not get educated etc.

China actually fabricates it's average IQ and has a much lower average of about 90. The thing is though that it's northern portions are richer and contain more intelligent people and because china is so massive it still has a reasonable supply of high IQ individuals. But it's southern portions are basically third world tier. The reason for why the average IQ appears so high is because they only allow testing in the cities where students are smarter.

East Asians and Europeans do not have around the same IQ. That 6 to 5 point difference is the difference between Mexico and Germany. We are dogs compared to East Asians.

Average IQ of european whites is higher than any of these. The reason "whites" have an average of about 100 is because the definition of whites is too broad and includes even some populations in the middle east that have like 80 IQ. And a difference of 5-6 points is virtually meaningless. A standard IQ deviation is about 10-15 points.
