You need to do the basics. Fix your skin, grow the brows and lashes alongside dyeing your hair brown and get a tan.

All of these things have detailed guides in the forum.

As for steroids, you’re too uneducated to go near them at this moment. And their benefit to you will be purely long (ish) term (assuming you don’t fuck it up, which you will) compared to the basics I already outlined for you.
