Worldwide? Sure, though I suppose that depends on what you consider enough? 4 inches taller than most women? 3? 5? Ask yourself the question.
5´11 will be taller/shorter in some countries than others. Since you can´t exist in multiple places at the same time, the only relevant country is the one you live in or plan to live in.

I’m 6’0 and see women as tall as me on a daily basis, even taller sometimes. Idk wtf is up with that because I measure myself correctly. But I’m taller than a lot of women still tho, but women around 180 cm isn’t rare, at least where I live. Kinda equivalent to a 6’3-6’4 male
