But someone whose early 20s would've grown up on it and use it more

it’s actually rather low for being almost a decade old account. I know normies that are in the 300-400k range after a year or two and some really obsessed have over a million.

not sure why you are stressing about it OP. It’s a good sign for a women to have low score (100k in itself is not that low but given that’s it’s almost 10 years old then yes it’s low) but it could also be that she used it a lot in the beginning and just then stopped. I know a lot of people dropped the app when IG stories came out
