Probably not. I guess it depends on your definition of aging. In terms of DNA damage, proteins losing their functionality, etc etc I could see that being improved in the far far future. But then there’s also the fact that gravity is slowly crushing and melting us, not a whole lot we can do there

In a way it will have more lookism, but when it gets to the point where its done by everyone, wouldn't beauty become, irrelevant?

There will be immortal elite with great genes while the poor are denied access to gene editing which creates an eternal gap of division. If you believe that the government will allow the general public to get anti-aging treatment using metformin,gene therapy etc, you're naive. There will be a eternal monarchy but it's disguised as a representative democracy.
