is back acne and some arm acne a huge falio?

im fixing it with isotret and it's working but slower than face since it's a lower dose, it's mostly dark spots and acne marks now. The biggest problem is that it looks like i am on roids when i take my shirt off after the workout, especially to someone who doesn't go to the gym it's the first thing they would think of.

the arm acne is weird idk how u have that but the back acne isn’t that bad

ye i know i hate it so much, it's almost 100% gone tho thanks to god given accutane
