Thinking of getting a license to sell property. Is it worth it?

I don't have much of a circle and most of the friends I know aren't looking to buy or sell.

Yes only because of the possible exit opportunities working for an agency will put a cap on your potential salary though

Housing market will probably crash and even realtors fear their use in the market is about to end
