You have to have autism if you want bigger muscles. Autism has an additional genetic factor–or a beneficial mutation that greatly inhibits myostatin production, gives you high T3/T4 and TSH levels(high metobolism), high levels of IGF-1 and GH levels, constantly upregulates your androgen receptors, and increases your LH and FSH production from your Leydig cells, allowing you to have more muscle mass in a relatively short time period with minimal body fat.

Unfortunately it can also give you a mild gynoconestia.
