Is Canthoplasty worth it?

I was just playing around in facetune to see what my face would look like with a better canthal tilt, wider lips, and a slightly wider jaw. These are the results
I am wondering if canthoplasty would be worth it? I think there's a solid improvement but I'm not sure it's worth the risk.
