as most of you know, i got offensively fat in the last couple of months (mostly thanks to heavy drinking), and it's obvious i'm not gonna get in decent shape just by lowering my daily calorie intake by 300-500 ccal or so
has anyone here done this for 2-3 months without injuring their knees?
i'm planning to go early in the morning and before the dark every day (6 km of low intensity jogging)
