Have been using it for a couple months not sure it does anything but benefits might be too small at my age. Tastes like shit though and is like 30$ every month which adds up. Has anyone used it for longer to tell if it makes a difference? Can it even get absorbed that way?

Just use retin a nigga

Jfl I use that too. My monthly softmaxx with supplements and skin care is probably 100-200$. Recent additions were vitamin c and beta carotene jfl. extremely blackpilled on this shit

It's bullshit, it gets broken down in the gut into amino acids which your body can then choose to make collagen out of. Which it won't.

Waste. Unless you have severe acne, all you need is Vitamin C, SPF moisturizer/cleanser and products with HL acid/HL acid itself. Also stay away from trash foods.

retin A is always a staple even for people who never had acne tbh. It is undoubtedly the single best skin care product. I always apply it in the evening and have now started adding vitamin C in the morning

I heard its bullshit. Waste of money you can get some of the same effects from MSM powder and not eating a shit diet

Just eat a moderate to high protein diet from Animal sources;

relevant amino acids are proline, hydroxyproline, and glycine.

Fatty fish, Chicken are good;

Bone broth for gelatin.

If you don't get enough in diet alone, then it may be worth supplementing with hydrolyzed collagen powder, or glycine.

Take your collagen with Vitamin C and MSM, and there won't be much more you'll be able to do with oral supplementation, as far as Collagenmaxxing

Your body breaks it down so the collagen isn’t going into your skin or anything like that
that being said it has a potentially useful amino acid profile but all it is is overpriced protein powder at that point
if you are lacking in protein then fix your diet and don’t waste anymore money on collagen powder
