like drink cofee and like fast morning till 2 hours before u eat high carb and high carb post workout, than fast again till bed drinking only water and wake up repeat.
 
Nope.
You need to reduce sodium intake, get enough rest everyday, stay hydrated. All these things should be done long term, not just for two days then you go back to your shit habits.
